Terms & Conditions

welcome to the royal standard. by booking our services you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. please read them carefully. 

1. Service agreement

  • The royal standard provides professional cleaning services as described in our service menu. 

  • clients must provide accurate details regarding the property size, condition, and any special requirements at the time of booking. 

  • our services are designed for residential and commercial  properties; hazardous conditions (e.g. bio-hazards, hoarding, infestations) may result in refusal or additional charges. 

2. booking & cancellation

  • Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. 

  • Cancellations or reschedules require 48-hour notice to avoid a 50% charge of the service fee.

  • no-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged 100% of the service fee.​

3. Payment & Pricing

​

  • Payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. we accept credit cards, debit cards, paypal, zelle, venmo, cashapp, and cash.

  • Prices are subject to change, and quotes are based on information provided at booking. Additional fees may apply for extra services or unexpected conditions.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee & refund policy

​

  • If you are dissatisfied with our service you must notify us within 24 hours for a complementary re-clean. ​

  • refunds are only provided under limited circumstances, as outlined in our refund policy.

5. property access & safety

​

  • Clients must ensure safe access to the property at the schedule time.

  • If a client or authorized person is not available for entry, the full service fee will be charged. 

  • The royal standard reserves the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions (e.g. unsecured pets, hazardous materials).

6. liability & damages

​

  • Our team exercises extreme care, but the royal standard is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not properly secured. 

  • Clients must report any claims within 24 hours of service completion. Maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

7. privacy & Confidentially

​

  • We respect client privacy and will not disclose personal information unless required by law. 

  • Security codes, keys, or entry details provided to our team will be handled with strict confidentiality.

8. Conduct & Professionalism

​

  • Our staff are trained professionals and must be treated with respect. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or unsafe working conditions may result in service termination. 

  • Clients may not solicit The royal Standard staff for personal employment outside of our service agreement.

9. Force of Nature 

​

  • The Royal Standard is not liable for service delays or cancellations due to uncontrollable events (e.g. Severe weather, Emergencies, power outages).

10. Amendments & acceptance

​

  • The Royal Standard reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. 

  • By booking our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
