The Royal Standard Refund Policy

At the Royal standard, we great pride in delivering luxury cleaning services with excellence and attention to detail. We strive to ensure complete client satisfaction. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund request is necessary. 

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning service, we must be notified within 24 hours of service completion. 

  • We will offer a complimentary re clean of any areas that do not meet our high standards. 

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If a cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, a full refund will be issued. 

  • If the royal standard is unable to fulfill a scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

  • If a refund is requested after an unsatisfactory service and re-clean has already been offered, refund will be considered at managements discretion.  

Non-refundable circumstances

  • Same-day cancellations or cancellations made within 48 hours of service will result in a 50% charge to cover allocated resources. 

  • If a client is absent or unavailable at the scheduled service time, the full amount will be charged.

  • Services that have already been completed and approved by the client are non-refundable.

Processing Refunds

​

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. 

  • Any disputes must be submitted in writing to support@cleanwithroyalty.com within 7 days of the service date.
